Arcane breaks down language barriers with its built-in multilingual capabilities that support both conversation with Arcane - but also translation of many document formats like Word, Powerpoint, InDesign, HTML and more. It can adapt both context and output to various market and languages, making it an invaluable tool for global teams. The system also includes a powerful custom glossary feature, which helps maintain consistency and accuracy when dealing with technical or industry-specific terminology across different languages.
Arcane Authoring Assist
Authoring Assist is a powerful feature of Arcane that revolutionizes the way you create marketing content. With a simple conversational interface, you can quickly generate branded emails for Rep Triggered Emails, SFMC and other omnichannel content in minutes, not days or weeks. The best part? It automatically uses approved content modules and follows your organization's design system, ensuring compliance with scientific, legal, and regulatory guidelines.
As a new user, you'll appreciate how Authoring Assist streamlines your workflow. Simply describe what you want, like "Create a branded Remepan email that includes a summary of the SUSTAIN study," and Authoring Assist will do the heavy lifting. It searches for relevant approved content, allows you to confirm selections, and even supports A/B variations. Plus, you can define editorial styles and tones to match your brand voice. The result is high-quality, compliant content ready for MLR review, all without involving an agency at any stage.

Working with Veeva Vault
Most organizations use Veeva Vault to store their approved materials. Arcane automatically connects to your Veeva Vault, which means when you use Content Assist or Authoring Assist, you're always working with approved, up-to-date content.
Working with Other Storage Systems
If your organization doesn't use Veeva Vault, Arcane can work with other storage systems too. While we set up a connection to your system, you can store documents directly in Arcane.
With this setup, you'll need to:
Manually add new documents to Arcane
Update existing documents when they change
Keep track of document versions and permissions
Staying Compliant
No matter which storage system you use, Arcane only uses approved content when helping you create materials. This keeps your work accurate and compliant with your organization's standards.
Veeva Vault users get automatic updates and easier document management, but Arcane works effectively with any storage system your organization prefers.
