Contact your internal Arcane Product Owner, or reach out to us at our support portal for guidance on how to get Arcane access in your organisation.
Access
Normal Access
Once your user has been created you will receive a notification via email to confirm your user.
You will be able to log in once your email is confirmed.

SSO
Arcane may be configured to support your organisations’s Single Sign On (SSO). If this feature is available you will be able to sign in using your normal corporate credentials.

If you have problems logging in, or can’t remember your password, you can reset your password by clicking the “Forgot Password?” link. You will need to manually input the email address your account was created with. If you forgot your account, look for the Welcome Email message in your inbox under the subject “Verify your Email” sent by no-reply@auth0user.net. If you cannot find it, please get in contact with your [PROGRAM COORDINATOR ROLE] for a full reset.
Please note, you cannot use this feature to reset a SSO login - this should be done via your companies normal password reset process.
