My Files
The “My Files” functionality allows you to work with files you yourself upload to Arcane to enable the use of the translation functionality on files not available in the set of indexed files in Arcane.
The files will not be included in Arcane in any other way, they will only be available for translation.
Access “My Files”
Access “My Files” by clicking the circle in the top right corner and select “My Files” in the dropdown menu.
In the “My Files” view you can Upload files and see a list of the files you have previously uploaded.
The 3-dots-menu gives the option of downloading the file or deleting the file from “My Files”
Translating
Click 
(the “Translate” button) to access the translation options.
Select how the translation should be performed.
Source Language, the language of the file to translate REQUIRED
Target Language, the target language for the translation REQUIRED
Glossary, select the relevant glossary for the translation OPTIONAL
The use of glossaries are always optional
Click 
(the “Translate” button) to initiate the translation.
Close the pop-up.
Exit “My Files” by clicking the X in the top right corner
The progress of the translation is now shown in the conversation window.
When the translation is done, you will receive the below message with the option of downloading the translated file. The file is now also stored in your “My Files” as well.
