Getting started

Arcane simplifies the process of creating high-quality, compliant email messages, making it easy for any member of the brand team to produce professional content quickly. Here’s a streamlined approach to each step:

1. Contextualize
   The journey begins by setting the stage for your message.

   

   First, choose your Master Design System, which ensures your content adheres to your brand’s visual guidelines. This will contain not only an specific layout for the piece but also colour information, images and fonts.

   

   Then, select a relevant collection—a pre-built set of content tailored to your needs in Content Assist mode. This sets a strong foundation for your piece and aligns it with the right context.

   

   After this, just press start to initiate the Authoring dialog.

   

2. Input
   Once the framework is in place, first let the system analyse the collection in question. This should be done in some minutes.

   

   Once processing is done, submit your request using a simple prompt in any of the languages supported by Arcane. The system will process your input and generate an immediate response in the conversation window. This initial response is your jumping-off point, providing a relevant starting draft for the content you're creating.

   

   The system will automatically start filling the placeholders of the email template in the preview screen with the relevant input

3. Refine
   Now, take the first draft and fine-tune it. You can add specific details, adjust the focus, or request more tailored information to make the content truly fit your needs. Arcane’s flexibility allows you to edit directly within the preview screen, ensuring that every detail matches your vision before finalizing the content.

4. Output
   After refining the draft, save the final version and export it for use across any platform or tool you prefer. (Note: Export functionality will be available in an upcoming release, as saving conversations in Authoring mode is currently not supported.)
