What is Arcane?
Arcane is purpose-built for pharmaceutical content teams. It connects to your approved Veeva Vault PromoMats library and helps you work with that content in two core modes:

Content Assist — ask questions, search for documents, and get instant source-linked answers from your approved materials.

Authoring Assist — create compliant email content using AI, with layouts from your design system and images from your approved library.
Every response traces back to its source. You can always see which approved document a claim came from, making it straightforward to verify outputs and prepare for MLR review.

Key Concepts
Arcane searches your organisation's Vault library — not the open internet. When you ask a question or create content, it searches approved materials your MLR team has already reviewed. Some organisations also connect content via S3 or other sources; this content appears alongside Vault content in results.
Arcane does not write back to Vault. It reads and surfaces approved content but does not submit, publish, or modify anything in your Vault.
