Collections
A Collection is a curated set of documents that scopes Arcane's search and authoring to a specific topic, product, or campaign. When a Collection is active, both Content Assist and Authoring Assist work within those documents only ā rather than across your entire library.

What to use Collections for
Collections work well any time you want to focus on a specific body of content. Some examples:
-
A product launch campaign (approved messaging, clinical data, market materials)
-
A specific clinical study you want to explore in depth
-
Medical claims for a particular indication
-
Regulatory filings for a market submission
-
Competitive intelligence documents on a rival product
-
Company strategy or brand guidelines to inform content creation
Use Case Examples
Message House creation ā Group approved messaging points, scientific support, and marketing collateral for a product or campaign. Keeps your content consistent and makes it easy to pull approved messaging quickly when drafting new material.
Clinical study search ā Create a Collection from trial protocols, results data, patient summaries, and regulatory documentation for a specific study. Research teams can review everything associated with that study without sifting through unrelated documents.
Medical claims ā Assemble approved claim language and supporting clinical data in one Collection. Speeds up compliance checking and ensures teams are working from the same approved set when creating or verifying claims.
Regulatory filings ā Centralise submissions, approvals, and compliance records so legal and regulatory teams have a single searchable source for all relevant documents.
