What happens when your session expires

You are redirected to the login screen.

Your conversation history, Collections, saved emails in My Creations, and your email draft are all preserved — nothing is lost. Arcane saves your draft continuously as you type and whenever focus changes, so a session timeout by itself will not cost you any work.

The only real risk is a sudden interruption, such as a power loss or forced restart, landing in the brief window before your latest edit has saved.

Download links generated before your session expired will no longer work. Log back in and retry the download from My Creations or the notifications panel.
Logging back in
Go to arcane.anthill.technology and sign in with your usual credentials — email and password, or SSO if your organisation has it configured. See Access and Log In for the full login flow.
Your My Creations emails, Collections, and conversation history will be exactly as you left them.
Tips to avoid losing work

You don't need to save manually — Arcane autosaves your email draft continuously as you type and whenever focus changes.

The most recent auto-saved version of any email is available in My Creations even after a timeout — open it there to continue.

If you're mid-conversation in Content Assist, your conversation is saved automatically. Reopen it from the left sidebar after logging back in.

Avoid closing your laptop or letting your device lose power mid-edit — that's the one scenario where the very latest keystrokes might not have saved yet.
